The Universe has a funny way of reminding you that you're on the right path.

Every morning, I do my morning affirmations to keep me grounded; positive self-talk. Something I didn't know how to access when I was younger. I was reminded this morning that as long as I can feel my dreams, there's still time left to realize them. But the light is flickering...

I've been writing about my characters: Keuren, Ellis and Alex for a while now. Since I was younger, I've always envisioned them protecting themselves with a sort of digital code, not magic. I watch them finger-press shapes onto a digital screen in front of them, and an impenetrable barrier appears. While everyone else uses magic, they use computers.

Just now, I was reading my program guidebook for my next degree, and "Cryptography", and "Digital Forensics in Cybersecurity"– everything, is lining up.
